In 2019, Quest was ranked #1 in quality among all other Atlanta homeless service providers.
One of Quest’s primary objectives for all of our developments is that its location allows for easy accessibility to neighboring resources and amenities. Within 1.5 miles of the development, residents can access education, green space, healthcare, and healthy food opportunities.
Building Sustainable Communities
Quest is committed to the sustainability of our buildings and the physical health of our residents. Many of our developments are equipped with Green features, including: Energy Star appliances and windows, high efficiency water heaters and heat pumps, low VOC paints and glues, and low flow plumbing fixtures — to name a few.
The exterior of the developments have low to no maintenance materials and the grounds are attractively landscaped with native drought tolerant plant materials.
Quest owns and/or manages over 200 housing units, 11 single family homes, and 5 commercial properties.
