Our Quest for Social Equity begins with HousingWe believe that everyone should have an opportunity to create a life for themselves from a strong foundation — a safe and secure home where no family is cost burdened (paying more than 30% of their income for rent/mortgage).

Social Equitable Housing
The term, "Affordable Housing" implies you must be able to afford a home in order to live in one.
Quest offers "Socially Equitable Housing" which is subsidized by the government (federal, state, local), philanthropy, corporations, non-profits, land trusts, faith-based institutions, or a combination thereof for the purposes of promoting equity and helping to decrease generational poverty.

Creating Positive Change
Social Equitable Housing is a stabilizer, but supportive communities are an equalizer. We believe that no matter their circumstances, every person deserves to reach their highest potential. Our approach positions communities and residents to become catalysts for positive change.
Quest is committed to developing place-based strategies in the English Avenue/Vine City neighborhoods and adjacent communities that are tailored to each neighborhood’s strengths, assets, and conditions.

Connecting Westside Residents To Local Resources
One of Quest’s primary objectives for all of our developments is that its location allows for easy accessibility to neighboring resources and amenities. Within 1.5 miles of the development, residents can access education, green space, healthcare, and healthy food opportunities.
Property Development
Quest develops affordable housing for underserved individuals and families, and reduces barriers to economic mobility. Quest owns and operates affordable housing units that serve as vehicles for anti-displacement and legacy resident stabilization.
Today, Quest owns 4 commercial properties, 10 multi-family properties, and 11 single family homes or vacant properties. As a nonprofit developer, we have several major projects in the pipeline which amounts to an $87 million investment strategy over the next three years on Atlanta’s Westside.
