Our Quest for Social Equity Begins With Housing
Socially Equitable Housing is Essential for our Westside Neighbors
We believe that everyone should have an opportunity to create a life for themselves from a strong foundation — a safe and secure home where no family is cost burdened (paying more than 30% of their income for rent/mortgage).
What is Socially Equitable Housing?
The term, "Affordable Housing" implies you must be able to afford a home in order to live in one.
Quest offers "Socially Equitable Housing" which is subsidized by the government (federal, state, local), philanthropy, corporations, non-profits, land trusts, faith-based institutions, or a combination thereof for the purposes of promoting equity and helping to decrease generational poverty.

Property
Development
Today, Quest owns 4 commercial properties, 10 multi-family properties, and 11 single family homes or vacant properties. As a nonprofit developer, we have several major projects in the pipeline which amounts to an $87 million investment strategy over the next three years on Atlanta’s Westside.
“Over the last 20 years, Quest has grown from being an effective provider
of supportive housing for a few — to an organization focused on building
community for many. They are a trusted partner on Atlanta’s Westside,
delivering on their promises and serving as a catalyst for change.”

"Quest has been instrumental in restoring faith in myself and humanity. While I am currently working toward obtaining my licensure as a RN — my life goal is to become a medical doctor. I believe with continued help from Quest Communities, I will be able to continue living in peace, paying an affordable rent in a beautiful neighborhood that I like — while obtaining my degrees with ease!"
