Our Mission
The mission of Quest Community Development Organization is to develop affordable housing and provide needs-based community services to enhance the quality of life for underserved individuals and families.

Our core supportive services are case management, educational training, vocational training, community resources linkage (SA/MH services) and financial management payee services.

Company Overview
Quest CDO Programs are in its 14th year of service. QCDO currently owns and operates 85 supportive units providing over 140 beds to the City of Atlanta, Fulton County, United Way and the State of GA.

Quest CDO demonstrates substantial local presence as a designated state and city CHDO (Community Housing Development Organization) which offers set aside funding to develop in underserved areas.

Community Housing Programs
Our housing programs and supportive services are targeted toward the chronically homeless population of men, women and veterans with a history of mental illness and/or substance addiction directly affecting the human health and welfare of our residents.

Our populations are mainly from Metro-Atlanta. Our residents are assessed, placed with a case manager, offered supportive services, SA/MH group counseling, community referrals and workforce development training.

Quest Community Development Organization, formerly known as: Quest 35 Inc, is a GA 501c3 non-profit organization founded in August of 2001. We have a 3 Phase housing system: Short-term 90-days, Mid-term 180-days and Long term – Permanent housing.
